Conceived as a modern take on the classic international style. Rheban House utilized a whitewash facade as the exterior treatment of this holiday villa.
The curved and puckered openings to the guest rooms and communal living space serve as a gun-barrel gesture to the dominant presence of Maria Island while recreating the wave motions of the ocean for which the site is contiguous too.
